CNC Plasma Cutting & Drawings

Bring us a production drawing, a rough sketch, a sample component or the dimensions of what you need. We help develop the profile, prepare it for cutting and carry the part through to fabrication when required.

Drawing to finished component

You do not need to arrive with a perfect drawing.

The useful part of our CNC service begins before the torch starts cutting.

Naude Industries can help interpret the component, prepare a practical 2D cutting profile and confirm the important dimensions before production. This is especially useful for replacement parts, brackets, gussets, base plates, flanges, signs and custom fabricated components.

How the work moves

From requirement to repeatable part.

Each job is assessed according to the material, thickness, geometry, quantity and intended use of the component.

01

Review

We review the drawing, sketch, sample or dimensions and identify the information still required.

02

Prepare

The profile is drawn, cleaned and prepared for practical CNC plasma cutting and material nesting.

03

Cut

The part is cut, identified and checked against the confirmed requirements.

04

Complete

Parts can be supplied as cut profiles or carried into finishing, welding and fabrication.

Project 01 / Vessel identification

Vessel markings cut from plate

Individual identification characters were prepared and CNC cut as a complete vessel marking set, ready for installation.

Common questions

CNC plasma cutting enquiries.

Do I need to supply a finished CNC drawing?

No. We can review a sketch, sample, dimensions or an existing drawing and establish what is required to prepare a cutting profile.

What information helps you quote accurately?

Send the material type, thickness, quantities, key dimensions and intended use. A photograph, sketch or sample is also useful when a drawing is not available.

Can Naude Industries supply the material?

Material can be included subject to availability and the confirmed job requirements. Client-supplied material can also be considered by arrangement.

Can you fabricate the parts after cutting?

Yes. CNC cutting can be combined with bending, welding, machining support, finishing and assembly where the project requires it.

Send the drawing, sketch or component details and let us assess the next step.
