Integrated vessel repairs
Hull renewals, fender maintenance, windlass assessment, heavy fabrication and access coordinated around the vessel.
Explore marine projects →From drawings and CNC cutting to heavy fabrication, valve overhauls and mechanical repairs-one accountable team from workshop preparation to onboard completion.
Driven by PassionNaude Industries supports marine and industrial clients with the people, workshop capability and onsite experience needed to carry difficult work through to completion.
We work across connected disciplines. That means the drawing can inform the cut, the machining can support the repair, and the same team can carry the finished component back to site for installation.
Specialist capabilities brought together around the actual job-not separated into disconnected services.

From propeller removal and tailshaft withdrawal to stern-tube checks, rudder dismounting and reinstatement, Naude Industries coordinates the practical work front around the vessel, access and survey requirements.

Clients do not always arrive with a production-ready drawing. We can take a hand sketch or concept, develop it into a practical cutting profile and produce the finished part in-house.
Real Naude Industries projects showing the scale, conditions and technical range behind the capability.

On-water welding and structural repair carried out directly at the vessel's anchor connection under demanding access conditions.

Scaffolding and technical work coordinated as one practical scope to keep the work front moving.

Scaffolding, plate renewal, NDT-ready weld areas and practical repair work coordinated around the vessel.

Ten large-format Greenheart sections purchased, imported and delivered for dry dock works at the Port of Durban.

The existing timber was removed to expose the supporting deck. The steel was cleaned, prepared and recoated before new timber sections were fitted, secured, sealed and finished to restore the working deck.

Mild-steel main-engine cooling pipework fabricated in the workshop, including formed sections and branch connections.

Marine and industrial valves can be removed, identified, overhauled in our workshop, pressure tested and returned for controlled reinstatement. The scope is matched to valve type, size, service and onboard access.
Good equipment matters, but practical judgment is what gets a repair across the line. Our work is coordinated around the people who understand fabrication, machining, mechanical systems and the conditions onboard.
