Control-arm bore restoration

The worn control-arm bore was prepared and weld-built internally, then precision machined back to size to restore the interface for new bushes.

Can you machine from an existing component?

Yes. An existing sample can help establish the dimensions, interfaces and function required for a replacement or repair component, subject to inspection and measurement.

Can worn bores be repaired?

Depending on the component and condition, a worn bore may be prepared, weld-built and machined back to the required size for a bush or mating part.

Do you support marine equipment overhauls?

Yes. Machining can form part of a wider mechanical overhaul or vessel repair scope, including inspection, fabrication, welding and installation support where agreed.

Send photographs, available drawings, dimensions, material information, required quantities and details of the equipment or assembly in which the component operates.
