Send photographs of the pump and nameplate, the pump type, service fluid, reported fault, installation location and whether removal and reinstatement are required.
Can you remove and reinstall the pump onsite?
Yes, where included in the agreed scope and subject to access, isolation, lifting and site requirements. Workshop-only overhaul work can also be quoted.
Do you repair shafts and sleeves?
Machining support for shafts, sleeves, bushes, fits and related components can be included after inspection and measurement.
Can the pump be pressure or operationally tested?
The appropriate test depends on the pump, service and available test arrangement. We will agree the required workshop, hydrostatic or operational checks before completing the scope.
